Friendly, Accommodating, & Understanding! This was my first time purchasing from Maxwell & my experience was 10/10. I bought several rugs and one just so happened to not be the right aesthetic for my home. I was able to exchange and Steve & Ben were BEYOND helpful & understanding! Went as far as offering to deliver my first rug and even pick up & deliver my second rug (for FREE). So kind, friendly, & easy to talk too! I also wanted to thank Ben for being patient and kind to me while I was so indecisive 😂 but sticking to the end until I got exactly the rug I wanted ☺️ it looks beautiful!

They are the best. They have so many choices that you can't find in a furniture store. They have rugs for everyone. We bought rugs for my husband and I, our kids and our mom. They were super helpful and nice.

These guys are the absolute best!! Their rugs are excellent quality and affordable plus they have such a wide selection. Friendly, knowledge, and always accommodating. I have several that I have bought throughout the years. They are still in excellent condition after years of use. Highly recommend.
